filmmaker: Alison Palmer-Smith was born in Oxfordshire in 1954 and still lives and works in the aria. Over the years she has been involved in the arts, music and film. In 1975 she birthed her son Danny, the star of Ups of Downs. Alison currently works on video projects with various youth, learning disability and other groups in the South East of UK.
