"Just Normal" is about Billy who has Down syndrome. He has always been different, never fitting in with normal people, and only finding comfort in the company of his loving yet dysfunctional family. Billy struggles to communicate with other people, is bullied by groups of boys, and attracts attention without intention. But, all of this is ignored as he plods through each day apparently keeping himself busy by continually making wishes. In the days leading up to Billy's birthday party we might just find out what it is that he wishes for.

David Martin gives a superb performance as Billy and shows what can be achieved despite a disability like Down syndrome, if given the chance.
