Little Hébert chronicles the pregnancy of the filmmaker's wife and birth of their son, who was born with Down's Syndrome. The video portrays the couple's fears, love and new outlook on life as a family.

Hébert Peck works as a Project Manager/Producer for the Rutgers University Television Network (RUTV). He is also the producer for Philadelphia Stories, a 13-hour TV series for the Philadelphia-based public television station, WYBE-TV 35.

The Scribe Video Center - distributor

The Scribe Video Center is a Philadelphia-based non-profit organization, founded in 1982, as a place where people could work together and gain skills in media making. The center seeks to explore, develop and advance the use of video as an artistic medium and as a tool for social change.
