A young man, missing his girlfriend, calls to ask her out. After a wonderful evening at a restaurant, they stop to buy hot sausages on the way home. After eating half of the sausages, they continue to the girl´s house. She invites him in... but you have to make choices. What is his choice?

Residents of the Alasentie Group Home, people with mental disabilities, have written the plot and also act in the film. The shooting and editing were done by a professional crew.
The Alasentie Group Home was opened in 1997 and is located in Hämeenkyrö, Finland. In 2001 they started a film club, Tähdenlentoja Ry, which is made up of people with mental disabilities, employees and friends. My Darling is their second film.
