Seth lives in a group home for people with developmental disabilities
with Linda, a woman he loves from afar. Today is Linda's last
day living in the group home. Will Seth come out of his dream
world and declare his love to her? David Johansen joins a cast
of actors with developmental disabilities in this touching portrait.
This video was made on a 5-day Sprout
trip as part of the Make-A-Movie
Program which produces videos by, for and about people with
developmental disabilities.
Anthony Di Salvo - director
Anthony is the founder (1979) and Executive Director of Sprout,
a non-profit organization providing services for people with
developmental disabilities. In 1995 he began making videos using
people with developmental disabilities in all the major roles.
Seth Ehrlich - actor
Seth has acted on stage and in film since 1995. Seth has appeared
on stage in Peter and the Wolf and performed in four
videos. Since starting his acting career, he has also pursued
his love of film by taking a job in a video store in his community
where some of his videos are available. He is currently between
projects and looking forward to his next challenging role.
Linda McCloat - actress
Linda has appeared in two different stage performances at the
Sproutstock
Festival. Dream Lover is her debut video acting role.
David Johansen - musician/actor
Has appeared in many movies ('Scrooged', 'Car 54, Where Are
You?') and headed the musical groups; The Harry Smiths, Buster
Poindexter, and New York Dolls. |
