This
documentary chronicles the life of John Taylor, a complex
and talented young man with Down syndrome. Shot over a four-year
period in the late 1980’s, we watch as John graduates
from high school and begins his search for a job. Fortuitous
circumstances land him a role in the Hollywood movie The
Seventh Sign, opposite Demi Moore. What follows is
a timeless, inspirational story, where the conventional
notions of mental retardation are challenged. A terrific
sound track, including Lou Reed and Elton John.
