World Premiere

A documentary film crew captures the behind the scenes happenings during the making of a vampire film. Reality and fiction become blurred as the seven actors with developmental disabilities lose themselves in their roles.

This video was shot during a 5-day Sprout Make-A-Movie trip. The first ten participants (people with developmental disabilities) that sign on for the trip will make up the cast.

Anthony Di Salvo is the founder and Executive Director of Sprout. He has worked with people with developmental disabilities since 1979. He started making videos in 1996 and uses people with developmental disabilities for all the major acting roles in all his narratives and as the subjects in his documentaries. In 2003 Anthony founded the Sprout Film Festival.
