This film is about a helpful character. He helps people to get things. In this film he gets us to follow him and the signs that he creates. Carousel is a learning disability led arts organization, working across the UK, that inspires people with learning disabilities to achieve their artistic ambitions. Our Festival, Oska Bright Film Festival, supports and delivers training to enable film makers to create their work. These films are part of that work. |
